Shipped with Care
At Corkboard.com we take pride in building each board to order, making sure it’s just the way you imagined. Our shipping process is the last step in a well-thought-out production process. That’s why we pack every board with lots of care, using protective packaging and custom, extra-thick boxes, so it arrives safe and sound.
Production Time: Each board is handcrafted from scratch, which typically takes 2-3 weeks. Custom boards or larger quantity orders may take longer.
Shipping Notification: Once your board ships, we’ll send you an email or text with a tracking number.
Transit Time: We ship via FedEx and UPS Ground from our workshop in Torrington, CT. Delivery usually takes 1-5 business days, depending on where you’re located.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the size of your board and where we are shipping to. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before finalizing your order.
Standard Boards: Most boards cost between $25. - $45. to ship.
Oversized Boards: Larger boards, like our 60" x 40" pinboards, require oversize shipping, which costs $150.
Freight Orders: For extra-large boards or bulk orders, we’ll provide a custom shipping quote.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every board is custom-built just for you, we don’t accept returns unless your board was built incorrectly or arrives damaged. Please let us know within 2 weeks of receiving the board. If you’d like to exchange your board for a different size, just fill out this form, and we’ll send you a return label. Building a new replacement board will take about a week once we receive the damaged board or exchange.
Important: Before ordering, take a moment to measure your space to make sure the board will fit perfectly. If you’d like to see a sample of a frame, just fill out this form - or this form to order fabric swatches.
Please note: Custom-sized boards are non-returnable unless there’s an error in how they were made or they arrive damaged.
Damaged Boards
No one likes to receive a damaged board, but if it happens, we’ve got you covered. If your board arrives damaged, we’ll rebuild it for you at no extra cost. Just email us a couple of photos of the damage, and we’ll send you a return label. If the damage is minor and you’d prefer to keep the board as-is, we can offer a partial refund of the purchase price.
