All boards are measured from the OUTSIDE of the frame - so the frame is included in the overall size.

Our cork panels are 1/2" thick - and are the perfect density for holding a push pin.

'We hear everyday from customers who have had bad experiences with boards from other companies - boards being too thin - boards that are too hard to push a push pin into.'

Our response to that is - you get what you pay for - our boards are the highest quality cork boards available anywhere - and we guarantee that you will love your board!

The cost is based upon the overall size - if the custom size you need is bigger than one of our standard sizes - the cost would be more. If it is smaller, the cost would be less.

We are typically running about 2 weeks out in production - custom boards may take longer depending on the complexity, size of the board or larger volume orders.

The biggest size we can build is 96" x 48" - which will cost around $700. plus freight shipping.

We can build a framed cork board smaller than our smallest standard size of 24" x 24" - but the minimum cost to build a custom cork board is $100. plus $25. for shipping.

So that depends on the size - most of our standard sizes cost around $25. - $40. to ship. Boards bigger than this are 'oversized boards' - which get a surcharge from Fedex, so the shipping cost is $150. Boards that are too big to ship by Fedex Ground ship by freight - which is around $300. - $500. for shipping, depending on size and where we are shipping to.

Typically we use a wider frame on the bigger sizes and a thinner frame on the smaller sizes - but depending on your size we can recommend a frame width that will work best. See this page to view all or frame options.

We include our super easy to use hanging hardware on every board that ships. We do offer several different types of hanging hardware depending on the size and weight of your board. See this page for more detail on our hanging hardware.

Sorry - custom built boards are non-returnable. We suggest ordering a frame sample before you order so you can make sure your custom cork board will be the perfect fit and look for your space. We also recommend using some painters tape on your wall to 'map' out the perfect size.
