Is the whiteboard surface magnetic?
Yes, we only build our whiteboards with a premium magnetic porcelain material. This is the highest quality whiteboard surface available and will provide a lifetime of use with proper care. We also include our button magnets - so you can stick photos, invitations and artwork right to the magnetic surface.
How do you measure your whiteboards?
All our framed whiteboards are measured from the outside of the frame. So the frame width is included in the overall size.
How do I order a custom sized whiteboard?
Because we build all our framed whiteboards from scratch, building you a custom board is easy - just click here and give us some details about your project so we can get you a cost.
Do you include the marker tray?
Yes - our custom designed white marker tray is built right into the board for a seamless look and holds the markers and eraser. The tray sticks out 1-1/4" from the board. If you prefer not to have the tray - please note that in the order notes on the first page of the checkout.
Can I hang the whiteboard vertically?
Yes - we can set up your whiteboard to either hang vertically or horizontally - but as the tray is built into the board it has to be one or the other. Make that selection when you checkout on the product page.
How do I clean the whiteboard surface?
We do include a eraser for day to day cleaning - to more thoroughly clean the surface use a cloth lightly dampened with vinegar, hand sanitizer or rubbing alcohol.
